Successful Change Strategies

Conference is closed. We ran a session in Penang and a second in KL with a total attendance in excess of 70 delegates

If you are looking for the most effective way to drive change in your organization, then you must attend this conference.

2 powerful reasons for you to attend this conference…

75% of all change efforts never yield the promise results:
Journal for Strategic Performance Measurement, April/May 1998

Most organizations are now suffering from repetitive change syndrome:
MIT Sloan Management Review, Winter 2004

If you are running a change program in your organization, then this is all too familiar – initiative overload, change related chaos, staff cynicism and burnout. The good news is that you are not alone, the bad news is that your program runs the risk of not meeting its goals.

In this 2 day conference, I am going to identify and share with you the fundamental mistakes people make over and over again in change programs that lead to failure. I will then share with you the 3 fundamental rules of change and the 6 critical success factors for change. We end with a consulting session to diagnose and deal with your real change issues.
You will learn things that work in the real world…
